May Featured Sailing Site - Boat Bits

Every month I try to feature a sailing website that I think you’ll really enjoy. Today I’m delighted to feature a site that has brought me many interesting thoughts, plan twists, and ingenious bursts of creative inspiration. May I present to you the rambling, outside-the-box impassioned musings of Boat Bits!

Aside from apparently being a fellow Vonnegut fan and appreciator of unusual solutions to usual problems, Bob aka RLW also has an impressively eclectic music list and puts on a new album every post (or so he’d have you believe). For those of you without the ability to appreciate discourse that does not 100% agree with your ideals, you might want to avoid this site, however. Intellectual ability to discuss world politics on a non-partisan, clear headed level is required. Having lived around the world in many jobs, from filmmaker to musician, boat builder to island businessman, Bob has a diverse perspective which has led to a deeply people-oriented belief in efficient living and compassionate legislation.

And you might even find a great idea for your next boat!

As for me, well I am listening to Red Sea by Shearwater.

So it goes.
